How do I book a performance

Bookings may be made via phone, email or through the BOOKINGS page on this website.

Performances are based on a per student attending rate: each brochure stipulates the amount charged per student per performance. Each brochure also stipulates a MINIMUM cost should the numbers attending fall under the minimum audience size.

GST

10% GST is paid on the total amount payable by the school for each performance. GST is refundable to the school and should not be charged to students.

Public Liability Policies

Each performer holds a Working With Children (WWC) clearance and a Public Liability Policy (PL). These documents are available on request and can also be downloaded from the RESOURCES page of this website.

Deposits

Deposits are not required.

Payment

A blank tax invoice is sent along with the final confirmation email to the organising teacher. Invoices are also available to download from the RESOURCES page of this website. The invoice has blank spaces to allow the numbers attending to be filled in and the final payment amount + GST to be added. Payment is requested via EFT deposit or cheque. Please email a remittance.

Payment is due within 14 days of the performance.

Payment is not to be made directly to the performer.

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation fee with the exception of a performance being cancelled on the same day that it is due to take place: a minimum fee is payable under this circumstance.
